It’s said that breakfast is the most important meal of the day, and you should never skip it.
Also, mornings are the busiest time of the day for some of us. Clean, get ready, prepare breakfast, and then go to the office. Hectic, hectic!
And nothing that I can skip. And these are just the main things. Of course, several minute things are always there, to make it super busy.
Recently, I have been trying Quaker (https://amzn.to/3BEjBNQ ) oats (It’s been a month now), and safe to say it’s the best breakfast I have found so far.
My recipe is just to mix an equal amount of oats, milk, and water. Bring it to a boil and let it simmer for a few minutes. Add some dried cranberries (you can use mixed berries as well!) and pumpkin seeds. Add your favorite fruits as a topping, and Voila! It’s done. It takes hardly 10 minutes and leaves my stomach full till lunch. Also, if I am too hungry, then I add a piece of toasted bread and butter.
So far, this is the best and most simple breakfast. No-fuss, no muss.
Of course, on weekends, I leave the oats alone and go for something different.
