Hello June! Let’s Talk Monthly Goals

Can you believe it’s already June? Feels like 2025 is zooming past us (or is that just me?). Time for a little check in with ourselves! A gentle reminder to pause, breathe, and maybe set some fresh goals with a cup of coffee in hand.

I have not always been a fan of monthly goal setting—but recently I have found I work better when I have The List. Nothing too overwhelming, just small, intentional steps that keep life fun, focused, and fulfilling. So, if you’re wondering what to focus on this June, I’m sharing a few of my own June goal ideas that might inspire you to create your own list.

And yes, this is your cue to grab a cute journal (or your Notes app if we’re being real) and jot down a few mini-goals too!

1. Reading Goal
Well, well, well… I know I am surpassing my own goals when it comes to reading, so I am not going with a number of how many books I want to read, but I am rather going with what genre to read. As some of you may know my obsession for reading romance books, this month I’m committing to reading at least two different genres—one fiction for pleasure, and one non-fiction for growth. Because balance, right?

2. Personal Goal
This month, I’m focusing on being present. With so much noise and so many notifications, I’ve found myself multi-tasking my way through days. And honestly? That’s not the vibe I want for June.
My goal: Less scrolling on Instagram. Whether it’s sipping tea on the balcony, going for a walk, or journaling, I want to create space for stillness.

3. Creative Goal
Yup, you caught me—I’m putting it out there! May saw a lot less of me in terms of blogging, so in June I am going to rectify that. Blog consistently. Because writing is my happy space, and when life gets busy, I tend to push it to the side. Not this time, June.
So, expect more style tips, life updates, and maybe even a vacation diary post if all goes well. (Manifesting a mini escape…)

4. Health Goal
I have been going to the gym on and off last month. This month’s vibe? Workout at least 5 days a week. Whether it be gym, yoga, or even a relaxed evening walk. I’m tracking progress not by weight or inches, but by how I feel in my body. Lighter, stronger, and more connected. That’s the goal.

That’s it. Four simple goals, nothing fancy—just tiny commitments to myself that feel doable and kind. I don’t want June to rush past in a blur. I want to experience it. And if that means slowing down to speed up later, so be it.

If you’re making a list too, I’d love to hear—what are your June goals?

Here’s to a joyful, calm, and beautifully intentional June.
