Hey there, fellow readers! I am back with another monthly review, and the star of the month of August – Self-help book, or should I say a self-help journal. Let me warn you, it’s a game changer and I personally have felt it myself. (This is NOT a paid review!)
I had actually ordered this as a gift for someone, but later on realised that I too need it. So glad I bought it for myself as well!
Anyways, back to the review now. This book had a different vibe, not your usual either blank pages or just too much of writing to think about. The first chapter dove straight into the art of self-awareness, and showed me the mirror to my strengths, weaknesses, aspirations, and whole lot of myself. There are no vague theories, just some insights.
The book is really practical, and my favourite part, it’s a no-nonsense language (I could actually feel like I am speaking to a therapist.) The step-by-step process to set goals, and deal with everyday emotions is a complete winner. I, especially, liked the small activities after every few pages (loved the doodle one!)
It’s only been a month, yet this book has become a part of everyday. I found myself reflecting, journalling, and taking steps to improve myself and my life. I really cannot describe it here, so I suggest that you experience it yourself.
In all honesty, it is just not a book, but a roadmap to self-discovery, and a reminder that personal growth is a continuous journey. If you’re ready to embark on your own adventure of self-improvement, grab your copy here. But remember, this isn’t a sprint; it’s a marathon towards becoming the greatest version of yourself.
Happy reading and happy growing!
