If you have been following me since the beginning, you must have seen a recipe of oats, which was my favourite breakfast and the best thing I ever had. Well, I was wrong. Another oats recipe and currently the best breakfast that I am loving has replaced that breakfast. And it’s none other than… Drum roll!!…: Overnight Oats.
For those of you who have not yet tried overnight oats, yes you are missing a lot and you need to try it asap. I cannot even tell you how many versions I have already made of overnight oats. It’s simply the bomb, especially for someone like me who has a sweet tooth. There’s chocolate, coffee, berry mix, nuts & seeds, mango, peanut butter and so many more.
The best part is it only takes 5 minutes to prepare and you can enjoy it the next day. Today I am sharing the coffee & chocolate overnight oats recipe, but really it doesn’t matter what I share. You gotta experiment with whatever you like to have.
Ingredients:
½ cup oats (I, personally, like to use Quaker oats)
¾ cup milk
½ tsp. coffee
1 tsp. Chia seeds
1 tsp. unsweetened cacao powder
Choco chips (optional)
These are the ingredients that I use, but you should add anything that you like.

Recipe:
In a small jar (I prefer a jar, though you can use a bowl as well) add oats, coffee, chia seeds, cacao powder and mix them well.
Now add milk and make sure everything is mixed properly.
Top it off with Choco chips and put it in the refrigerator for 12 hours.
And your breakfast of overnight oats is ready.
Tip: If you are making a peanut butter oats recipe, then make sure that you dilute the peanut butter with a bit of milk, otherwise your oats might form lumps.
Let me know what your favourite flavour is of overnight oats!
