Mini Book Haul

Okay, confession time—I went to Blossom’s Bookstore with the purest intention of just browsing. But, well, we all know how that usually ends, don’t we?  As a self-declared romance novel addict, it’s nearly impossible for me to walk out of a bookstore empty-handed. And so, here I am, grinning from ear to ear with a mini book haul that has my heart doing a happy dance.

This haul is short and sweet, but if you’re into timeless romance, compelling heroines, and those heart-thudding happily-ever-afters, then these titles will speak to your soul. Let’s dive in!

1. Heart of the Sea by Nora Roberts
There’s something so comforting about picking up a Nora Roberts book, especially when it’s part of a trilogy. Heart of the Sea is the third book in her Gallaghers of Ardmore with a love story that unfolds with just the right amount of drama (yet to know if it’s actually true, hopefully I’ll read it soon).

2. Double Standards by Judith McNaught
This one’s been on my wishlist forever! Judith McNaught is a romance legend, and Double Standards is one of her classic works. Think old-school charm, corporate drama, and slow-burning passion (as per the reviews!). It’s the kind of book you curl up with after a long day—and before you know it, you’re 200 pages in and emotionally invested. (Not that I’m speaking from experience… okay, I totally am.)

3. A Holiday of Love – Anthology
This one is such a treat! A Holiday of Love is an anthology with stories by Judith McNaught, Jude Deveraux, Jill Barnett, and Arnette Lamb. If you’re in the mood for bite-sized romantic tales with festive feels, this is a perfect pick (or so I have been told).

I love how a good romance novel can feel like catching up with an old friend—it’s warm, comforting, and gives you all the feels. This mini haul from Blossom’s Bookstore may not be huge, but it’s full of heart. If you’re building your own romance collection or simply looking for your next feel-good read, I 100% recommend checking these out.

Let me know if you’ve read any of these or if you have other suggestions in the same genre. I’m always on the hunt for my next fictional crush!

Until next time, happy reading and lots of love.

  1. Love me a bookstore! The smells of prints, the sounds of paper flipping, and the feel of the soft touch of hard wood on the fingertips and under foot. 📚
