You know those days when you’re craving something sweet but don’t want to deal with the guilt (or the effort)? Yeah, same! That’s exactly how I found this super easy brownie recipe while scrolling through Instagram (don’t we all!). It’s made with just three ingredients—bananas, cocoa powder, and peanut butter. No sugar, no flour, no fancy stuff—just simple, wholesome ingredients you probably already have at home.

They’re rich, fudgy, and turned out so good! Plus, you don’t need to be a pro in the kitchen to whip these up.
Here’s what you need to do:
- Mash three ripe bananas in a bowl until they’re nice and smooth.
- Add 1/3 cup of cocoa powder and 1/2 cup of peanut butter. Mix it all up until you get a thick batter. Sprinkle some almonds on top if you need some extra crunch!
- Pour the batter into a lined or greased baking dish and bake at 180°C for about 20-25 minutes. Let them cool before cutting into squares.

I have used unsweetened cocoa powder and unsweetened crunchy peanut butter here, but feel free to use whatever you prefer.
That’s it—no drama, no fuss. Just a quick and easy recipe that’s as good for your taste buds as it is for your body. The natural sweetness of the bananas, the richness of cocoa, and the creamy peanut butter come together to create this dreamy chocolatey treat.
And did I mention there’s no added sugar? (Okay, maybe sprinkle a little powdered sugar on top next time, but shh, don’t tell anyone!)
I’ve already made these twice now, and I think they’re going to become my go-to snack for when the cravings hit. They’re quick to make, healthy, and just the right amount of indulgent.
Give these a try and let me know what you think. And if you’ve got any other easy dessert recipes, drop them in the comments—I’m always looking for new ideas to try!
