Platforms I use while Blogging

Hi there! It’s been a few years since I started blogging (on and off!). I was clueless when I started, didn’t do much research, didn’t ask for help, just dived in and in the process learned how important it is knowing certain things before starting anything.

When it comes to blogging, finding and using the right tools and platforms makes a ton of a difference. These tools and platforms not only streamline the process but also enhance creativity. Below I have shared the list of tools and platforms that I personally use while blogging that helps me with content creation, and organization.

Whether you have been doing blogging for a long time or have just started out, check out these platforms as it can be game changer for any blogger.

  1. WordPress
WordPress is a blogging platform, which personally, I have found better than any other. It is user friendly, and provides so many themes and plugins. It comes with free and paid option, depending on what kind of blogging platform you desire.
  2. Canva
Canva is a lifesaver. Period.I not only use Canva for blogging related things, but in general with my other work as well. It is perfect for creating templates, editing pictures, and so much more. It is so easy to use, makes templates so visually appealing, and never disappoints. Again, Canva also have both free and paid options.
  3. Grammarly
It is a great tool to check grammar and punctuation. You only need to install a plugin in your browser, and you are good to go. Whatever you are writing is worth a check with Grammarly first.
  4. Google Analytics
Monitor your progress with Google Analytics. It’s important to track your blog’s performance, and Google analytics does just that. It provides you with detail insights about engagement and traffic on your blog. You only need to connect your blog with it.
  5. Trello
I used to maintain excel sheet to keep record of my blogs and deadlines. It used to be a mess sometimes, especially when I wanted to add comments so many times in it. With Trello, it’s become so much easier for me to keep track of my ideas, posts, drafts, etc. It’s a great platform to organize your blogging schedule.

These 5 platforms make blogging so much easier and enjoyable, and not at all like a task. Of course, each one of us have our own workflow, and these work so well for me, but do give it a try if you want to refine your process as well. Happy Blogging!
