Bookworm & Goodreads

In this non-stop world of being busy, there is something that I always try to make some time for. Books. A good book is the source of joy for me, something which takes me far away from this busy and depressing life and into the imaginative place of people where either there’s magic or a hero to save the damsel in distress.

My love for books started, as I am sure it did for many of you as well, with the Harry Potter series. It’s been 11 years now since I first read those books, and since then I have reread them so many times. Please don’t judge. It’s Harry Potter!! It does a have separate space in my heart. And so do some more books by Julie Garwood, K. C. Lynn, Susan Elizabeth Phillips, Lisa Kleypas, and so many more authors.

As an avid reader, I have found the perfect solution to keep track of all the books that I read. Goodreads is the perfect online platform where I can explore, track and discuss books. From tracking my reading progress to connecting with the fellow readers, this place is a game changer. It is a haven for bibliophiles. One can even join different groups, make friends, participate in giveaways, and share recommendations. And the best part, it has a reading challenge feature, which motivates me to read.

It’s like my own personal librarian, who knows my reading preferences (considering I am confused AF all the time). Goodreads is that playground for book nerds like me who obsessively rate and review books and run from one good book to another.

Whether you are a bookworm like me or just someone who likes to browse through books once in a while, Goodreads is the perfect place for you to discover the ample opportunities and books. So, tighten your belts and jump into this treasure trove.
