Homemade Reese’s peanut butter bites

Welcome to another of my blog post, where today I’ll be telling you my recipe for homemade Reese’s peanut butter bites. Of course, this is without Reese’s, so maybe we could call it Pratibha’s peanut butter bites, or let’s just leave it at homemade bites. I’m sure many of you have already seen it somewhere and might have even tried it, but here’s my version of it, and trust me, I’m lovin’ it!

So, we’ll be needing dates, peanut butter, chocolate and salt. I have tried to make this into a healthier version, so I haven’t used sugar anywhere. I’ll list down the exact products that I have used and from where.

Ingredients-

1. Dates. I have used deseeded dates here because let’s be honest, even the expiry date of dates is more than my patience. ( https://amzn.to/3ORRHXk )

2. Peanut butter. This one has honey instead of sugar and is crunchy as well. ( https://amzn.to/3MTDE0O )

3. Amul Sugar free dark chocolate. ( https://amzn.to/3WKYrrG )

4. Rock salt. ( https://amzn.to/43kdAmb )

Feel free to use the above-mentioned products or whatever substitute you feel like. (Nobody’s grading you here!)

Recipe-

1. Separate the dates from the middle and fill some peanut butter inside it.

2. Close the dates, and add melted chocolate on top (I have melted the chocolate by adding a little amount of milk in it, and microwaving it).

3. Sprinkle some rock salt on it.

4. Put them in the refrigerator for 2 hours.

And viola! You have your homemade bites ready. And, trust me, these tastes exactly like Reese’s peanut butter cups.

Let me know if you try these, or if you have any recipe of yours that you would want me to try.
